Because certain products sold through our website are fresh and perishable food products, our return and refund policy differs depending on the nature of the product.

Different return conditions may apply depending on whether a product is fresh/perishable or sealed/non-perishable.
2. Fresh and Perishable Dairy Products
Fresh milk and other perishable dairy products are prepared and supplied for consumption within a limited period.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges of fresh/perishable dairy products due to a change of mind, taste preference, or failure to consume the product within its recommended period.
However, if you receive a product that is:

3. Reporting a Problem With Fresh Products
For fresh/perishable products, customers should report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Returns of Sealed / Non-Perishable Products
Certain sealed, non-perishable products, such as packaged ghee or other eligible products, may be considered for return or replacement if they are received:
Eligible return requests should generally be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product should remain unused and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
Products that have been opened, consumed or altered may not be eligible for return unless the issue concerns a manufacturing defect, damage, contamination, incorrect product, or another issue for which a remedy is required under applicable law.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

6. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for fresh or perishable products.

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the terms of this policy.

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly.
We may verify the order details and request photographs or other supporting information.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

8. Damaged, Leaking or Tampered Products

9. Spoiled or Quality-Related Complaints
If you believe a fresh or packaged dairy product is spoiled, contaminated, defective or otherwise unsuitable for consumption, please stop consuming the product and contact us immediately.

10. Return Approval
If a return is required and approved, our customer support team will provide instructions regarding the return process.
Customers should not send products to any address without receiving return instructions from us.
For food products, return requirements may vary depending on the nature of the complaint and food-safety considerations.
11. Return Shipping
Where a return or replacement is required because:

we may arrange or bear the reasonable cost of the applicable return or replacement, as appropriate.
Where a return is requested for a reason that does not qualify under this policy, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, where a return is permitted.
12. Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
For online payments processed through Razorpay, the refund may be processed through the relevant payment system and may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s account depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
The time taken for a refund to appear in your account may therefore vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by a customer’s bank, card issuer or payment service provider after the refund has been successfully initiated by us.
13. Refund for Partial Orders
Where only part of an order is affected, we may issue a refund or other remedy only for the affected product or portion of the order, rather than the entire order.
The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances of the complaint.
14. Failed or Undelivered Orders
If an order cannot be delivered because of circumstances attributable to us, such as an incorrect product dispatch or certain delivery failures, we will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, was unavailable to receive the order, refused delivery, or otherwise prevented delivery, the applicable resolution may depend on the circumstances and nature of the product.
For fresh/perishable products, a new delivery or refund may not always be possible where the product has already been prepared or dispatched.
15. Promotional Offers
Refunds or replacements for products purchased as part of promotional offers, discounts, bundles or special campaigns may be subject to the terms communicated with the relevant offer.
Any applicable refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid for the affected product/order, subject to applicable law.
16. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund and Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian laws.
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, e-commerce entities are required to provide appropriate consumer information and cannot refuse returns, refunds or other remedies in circumstances covered by the applicable rules, including where goods do not conform to the advertised or agreed characteristics or where delivery is delayed beyond the stated delivery period, subject to applicable law.
